Ruth Attig, a special education classroom aide in Murphysboro Middle School, at Tennessee went into the faculty early on Friday to observe employees of Phoenix Modular Elevator and Fager-McGee Commercial Construction install a brand new lift at the school.
"I just wanted to watch them do it if I must make use of the elevators this year," Attig said.
Attig, who has been employed in the area for 31 decades and been at the middle school since 1993, had been stuck at the older lift with students several times.
